  • Sonoma's Tuesday Night Farmers Market is considered a food facility, like grocery stores and restaurants.

Trained Service Animals are welcome

  • Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and Therapy Dogs are not ADA Service Animals.

  • Fraudulently misrepresenting Service Animals is a misdemeanor per California Penal Code 365.7(a).

Please respect the needs of our customers who require trained Service Animals

  • In addition to being a crime, misrepresenting pets contributes to discrimination of people with legitimate Service Animals.

As part of National Emergency Preparedness Month, the City of Sonoma (City) and Sonoma Valley Chamber of Commerce (Chamber) are sponsoring, “Breathe Sonoma” – a community preparedness and resiliency event to be held as part of the Tuesday Farmers Market on the Sonoma Plaza on September 21st from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.  Attendees will get important emergency preparedness information from a variety of local organizations, find support and learn coping tools to better respond in case of an emergency.

The City of Sonoma and Sonoma Valley Chamber of Commerce are welcoming our non-profit entities to participate in the Market. Due to the Public Health Restrictions we have a limited amount of space for tables, and it will be handled on a first come first serve basis. Each non-profit is required to complete an application and provide insurance documentation in advance of being allowed to participate in the Market.
